A food design experience where flavor becomes the language that brings strangers to the same conversation. Drawing from the symbolism of bread as a universal gesture of gathering and the way we instinctively describe emotions through flavor, NUDO invites guests to build, share and reinterpret curated flavor pairings. The experience becomes a contemporary ritual where curiosity leads to conversation and conversation becomes the start of connection.
